Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee.
Your appointment is of utmost importance to us here at Bungalow! Please review our cancelation policy before booking. By booking your appointment, you agree and adhere to our cancellation policy.
In an effort to satisfy both our clients and artists, Bungalow honors a 24 hour cancelation policy by phone or txt or online for all appointment cancellations or rescheduling. First time cancellations within the 24 hour window will be on us as we understand, not everything is always within our control. :)
Second time cancellations within the 24 hour window of appointment will incur a 50% charge of the total service(s) booked.
Third time cancellations within the 24 hour window of appointment will be charged 100% in full of the total service(s) booked. After this third time, we will also reserve the right to charge a non refundable deposit for any future services booked.
First time No Shows will incur a 50% charge of the total service(s) booked.
Any continued no shows will incur a 100% charge of the total service(s) booked.
ALL appointments require a credit card on file upon booking
All last minute cancelations prevent other clients from booking appointments. We graciously thank you for your understanding on this matter.
